Criteria required:

Have completed high school and master. Preferred a degree in engineering sciences such as: Environmental Engineering, Mechanical or Architecture

Have very good knowledge of English.

Be proficient in using basic software (MS Office).

Have good communication skills with partners and be cooperative in working with them.

Have skills in preparing activity plans and reports on the work done.

To afford field trips outside Tirana and to have a class B driving license.

With or without work experience.
